| Abstract: | Citrus plants showing typical symptoms of canker were collected from plantations in three states of Malaysia. Total number of 25 isolates were obtained from diseases specimens, and isolates were identified as Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri using phenotypic and biochemical tests, pathogenicity test and Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). |
